Our Support Coordinators will work with you to help understand your child and family’s needs, identify possible supports and help you build positive relationships with service providers.
It’s also our job to make sure that service agreements and service bookings are completed. We can also help you prepare for your review at the end of your 12 months of funding.
More and more families are relying on support coordination to help find service providers suitable for their children and to reduce the stress of having to manage things all by themselves.
We only work with children and adolescents (and families) and strive to help our clients find the right mix of supports from people as passionate about children as we are!
